Where We Ship

We ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not currently ship internationally, but please contact us if you're based abroad — we're happy to explore options for larger orders.

Processing Time

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted in our workshop in Goa. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, and packed before it is dispatched.

During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We'll always keep you informed.

Bulk & Hotel Supply Orders: If you're ordering 10 or more items, please contact us directly at houseofannaf@gmail.com. Lead times for bulk orders are 7–14 business days depending on quantity.

Delivery Timeframes

Goa: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Remote / rural areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on courier conditions, public holidays, or weather disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped to protect it during transit. We use secure packaging that minimises the risk of damage to your handcrafted pieces.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery and email us at houseofannaf@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
