Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item:
- Arrived damaged or defective
- Is significantly different from what was described or shown on the website
- Was the wrong item sent by us
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items where the customer has simply changed their mind (we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at houseofannaf@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photographs of the item and its packaging
- We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Please do not return any item without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (subject to availability), please mention this when you contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
