We take great pride in the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item:

Arrived damaged or defective
Is significantly different from what was described or shown on the website
Was the wrong item sent by us

Please note: Because each piece is handcrafted from natural wood, minor variations in grain pattern, tone, and texture are part of the beauty of the product — not a defect. These characteristics are not grounds for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt
Custom or personalised orders
Items where the customer has simply changed their mind (we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

Email us at houseofannaf@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
Attach clear photographs of the item and its packaging
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Please do not return any item without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods).
