Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

Exchange Process
  1. Initiate a Exchange – Email us at houseofannaf@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item.

  2. Approval & Shipping – Once approved, return the item following our shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Exchange Processing – Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
